Position Summary
We are currently seeking a compassionate, dedicated Family Physician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide ongoing primary care to a diverse patient population in a supportive and well-equipped clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary healthcare to patients of all ages
• Conduct regular patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
• Perform routine physical exams, preventative care, and chronic disease management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using EMR systems
• Collaborate with in-house nurses, administrative staff, and allied health professionals
• Refer patients to specialists and coordinate follow-up care as needed
• Adhere to provincial and federal health regulations, including PIPEDA compliance
• Respect and uphold patient confidentiality and data protection policies
• Participate in periodic team meetings and professional development activities

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD) from a recognized institution
• Licensed and in good standing with the Collège des médecins du Québec (CMQ)
• Certified with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC)
• Valid license to practice in Quebec
• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
• New graduates and experienced practitioners are welcome to apply
